The Rising from the Ruins Foundation, through Fr. Valens Vision, seeks strategic partnerships and funding to acquire and develop a multipurpose youth center in Rwanda—a transformative space designed to restore dignity, rebuild lives, and empower young people holistically.
This center will not merely be a building, but a living ecosystem of hope, integrating:
● Spiritual grounding (prayer, healing, accompaniment)
● Social support (community, mentorship, safe space)
● Economic empowerment (skills, entrepreneurship, income generation)
Rooted in a personal journey of survival, healing, and vocation, this initiative responds to a critical gap: the absence of integrated spaces where young people can heal, grow, and thrive fully.
The project’s first step—and primary funding priority—is the purchase of a strategically located property, which will serve as the permanent home of this mission and a model for replication across Rwanda and beyond.
